I have three treasures. Guard and keep them: The first is deep love, The second is frugality, And the third is not to dare to be ahead of the world. Because of deep love, one is courageous. Because of frugality, one is generous. Because of not daring to be ahead of the world, one becomes the leader of the world.

About our Teachers Training
Michel Besnard, “the teacher of teachers” has trained hundreds of instructors in 10 different countries and is accredited by IYTA (International Yoga Teacher Association) and Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level trainer level (highest possible). Michel brings the depth of knowledge and years of experience into class that is so often lacking from modern yoga teacher trainers.
Michel studied under both B.K.S. Iyengar and Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, and his teaching of Ashtanga primary series and Vinyasa Flow is a reflection of his accumulated knowledge from more than 30 years practicing, learning, and teaching.
First of all, to become a yoga teacher you must practice. Our philosophy is to practice what you teach, and teach what you practice. As a student teacher you will learn how to develop your own practice and sequence of asanas that you can use for your own teaching. You will also learn how to create your own sequence of asanas so that you can create a yoga class specific for your students level of practice – whether they are beginners, or more experienced practitioners.
The asanas will be broken down into their individual components so that you understand what each asana is doing, how to safely do corrections, and why asanas should be structured in a certain sequence.
You will learn anatomy and how the body works, which muscles are working in specific postures, and why differences in body type can make a big difference to the ability to perform certain postures.
You will learn about the origins of yoga from a world famous yoga scholar – uncover what is myth and what is the truth about yoga and its origins.
You will also learn about food and diet – from an ayurvedic perspective – how food affects your practice and your health.
To begin you just need to take the first step.
